Upon doing some quick Internet sleuthing, it’s actually only a still photo of Russian actress Maria Germanova playing the fairy, Bérylune, in a play titled The Blue Bird–from 1908.
It’s a pretty homemade costume–papier maché mask, painted hoodie and everything!
