For what it’s worth, the Act that Biden used already has precedent of not allowing reversal of bans from the last trump administration when he attempted to overturn or “unban” drilling bans from the Obama admin. It said it would take an act of congress.
If you move to the desert there’s no organic matter in the soil. Problem solved. ;) anyway, sounds like you have a good problem to have!






I’d recommend Thermoflask. I’ve had a pair of these for I dunno 7-10 years possibly, and from a quick search it looks like they may be sold in the UK. https://mythermoflask.com/products/thermoflask-insulated-stainless-steel-4-lid-combo-pack-40oz-1-1l-2-pack I believe they fit all your criteria and are “wide mouth” universal lids (have put some on from Klein Kanteen and others)
