If I understand this correctly, its not about adding ID requirements. Its just about adding the functionality to every part of the software stack to go “oh, this is a kid, let’s not show them ads for adult apps or new stories about mass murder” etc etc.
Less of a “papers, please” check, more of a robust “you must be this tall to ride” check.
Not if it’s got kernel-level anticheat.
There are more concerns with radiation than just cancer risk.
And until we better understand this self-repair mechanism, we shouldn’t assume everyone has the same risk curve.

I found this very compelling, but when he started praising the current presidential administration it began sounding more like libertarian anti-regulation propaganda than a legitimate critique.
The sources seem good so there’s merit for review, but I don’t think the solution is “assume everyone has the same level of biological repair ability and abolish the current safety measures of the industry”.
Cancer is also not the only harmful thing radiation does - you can also get infertility, birth defects, etc at lower doses.

I have, altogether, made over $600 from FaceBook/meta class action privacy lawsuits in the past decade. In that time, I have not used FB (or even logged in), but I have also never deleted my account.
The payouts have been getting smaller - used to be $100+. The last one I got (this year) was for ~$40 or so.
