4mg-5mg weekly is very standard, but some do need a bit more to properly suppress T. 7.5 sounds like a way too high number for no real reason. Some people may need that, but the vast majority won’t. I recommend sticking to your plan of 5 (or even reducing to 4) and then adjusting depending on what your blood tests show.
A lot of the concerns about matrix encryption are only relevant in big open rooms. In invite only chats it’s not an issue

18·17 days agoThey and many others are warning of an upcoming genocide. They are literally taking away peoples passports and IDs and putting us on lists. They’ve declared us an existential threat and they’re taking away our right to life saving medicine. Thing about genocides is if you wait until they are in full swing you can’t do much prevention.

I wouldn’t be surprised if the cannibalism stuff is true to some extent but I’m not equipped to sit here and fact check this. I’ve not seen all the emails but that one email shared was rather sus, but who knows with these rich fucks. Anyways, please don’t go full hog on something even if it’s likely. I think we can all live with this information squirreled into the “maybe true but we have enough reason to want to dethrone the oligarchs already so let’s hold off on saying that this is a fact until more info comes out” box.
They’ll have best before dates or something like that but will usually last for much longer. They might lose a bit of potency after some amount of time. Store them in a dry and dark place at room temperature. I know vials can last for one to several years, but I don’t know as much about how long pills last.

Defederation means nothing new is sent or received between the defederated servers. Anything old remains.
I do intend to send them a DM soon, but defederation happened first so we don’t have to deal with the harassment accounts and so users don’t have to be exposed to all the abuse.
I have no idea how to play the game, it just felt too random for me. Maybe I’m missing something or maybe I need to play more, but other games in the genre feel like they provide more ways to control the randomness or more skill etc.
