    It’s absolutely the Catholic Church. The country is incredibly Catholic. They often don’t use any form of birth control nor even tampons as it’s looked down upon. Overpopulated too

      Something tells me PRE-teen pregnancies are a bigger problem than whoever’s having sex with kids under-13 not using birth control.

        Unless it’s pre-teens having sex with each other. Then sex education, birth control and access to reproductive rights is the issue to solve.
