I know on YT Shorts (is that like Tik Tok?) there already is some Rogan impersonating content, and it sounds almost so real it’s creepy.

I love Existential Comics so much.
It’s not the content that makes the difference … it’s timing and frequency. If you can maintain a certain level of content on a consistent basis, you can build a following over time.
I’ve tried it a few times on a small scale on several platforms before and it’s a hell of a lot of work and fighting with people online on a never ending basis just to get a bit of attention.
It only makes sense if you can leave behind common sense, morals, decency and fairness … then you’ll be rewarded for your efforts.
My favorite Nietsche misquote was a card I once saw that said:

And it had a picture of a raccoon and a weasel on it.
