I didn’t watch the video, don’t know the guy, and may very well agree with you, I just think comments like you’ve left serve little to no purpose when you could just elaborate your point instead. We used to use the term in the mid 90s to describe the kids hanging out in Berkeley begging for cigarette money, then getting picked up in Mercs to get driven home in the hills. They were usually white kids with dreads.
