Anyone have any recs for a quiet and ideally cheap muffler?

My bike came with a Leo Vince X3 and it’s a little too loud for me. Is the stock one the quietest?

    The stock one is the quietest. To my knowledge, all aftermarket “silencers” (we’ll use the term very loosely) are louder than stock. Some of them significantly so. In fact, I don’t know of any motorcycle where the factory exhaust is not the quietest option.

    The stock KLR muffler is very heavy, though, which annoys some people to an unreasonable degree.

      I don’t mind the extra few pounds. The bike’s already a heavy pig 🐷

      I’m gonna have to keep an eye out for a used stock muffler
