Seems like Ramaria eumorpha, all my local (northen europe) ramaria species taste nice. Great find!
Looks like some Ramaria stricta I found last year while hiking in Wyoming.

Agreed and is pretty nice to eat with some butter!
We have this in Scandinavia… I wonder if it’s related?
I found some of this about a week ago, first time I’d ever seen anything like it where I live.
