Same. It’s pretty challenging.
I’ve found that the secret to winning is to walk towards where the eggs are and pick them up. If I just keep doing that, it seems to work. But beware! Some of the eggs are not obviously visible! I hope that helps.
I always go top right and come down and across to the left like a big backwards C. I typically net 8-11 eggs. Honestly didn’t know that Abigail typically won until one time my kid needed my attention in the middle of it and I only got 3.
