For me, it’s tortilla chips and ketchup…
Edit: Alright, if I get sick of your fault
Sprite and milk. 1 part milk to 2 parts sprite give it a creamy after taste
Jail.
What the fuck.
Username checks out.
Sounds better than Pilk.
That actually sounds good. I’m gonna try it

What’s wrong with potato milk?
Oh no you don’t. You don’t get to rewrite a legend.

My dad used to make this for us when we were kids
Isn’t this basically an egg cream
I guess? Now I know what an egg cream is so now I have something I wanna try
That kinda came up watching Brutalmoose play Nancy Drew yesterday. Everyone was ignoring him once the subject of Dirty Cola came up, and everyone just wanted to talk about that. I guess it’s a Morman thing?
As a Spanish speaker, Dirty Cola hits different.
It’s almost like what used to be a popular drink in Ontario and Manitoba, but nearly unheard of anywhere else I’ve asked. It’s just Pilk with alcohol.
The Paralyzer:
1 part milk
2 parts pepsi or coca cola
1 ounce vodka
1 ounce coffee liqueur
I tried pickles on a grilled cheese sandwich last week. It was good.
Ooohhhh, yes. I’ve done that since I was young; very good
That’s not weird though. Cheese and pickle sandwiches are a thing. Now if you were to throw sauerkraut in there…
Kimchi grilled cheese is incredible, I would absolutely try sauerkraut grilled cheese.
Sort of like a failed Cubano
Cucumbers and honey is considered weird in other countries from what I gather
Peanut butter and thick-sliced raw onion slices on whole wheat bread.
Soy sauce on vanilla ice cream.
Salami and apricot jam.
Hawaiian pizza with black and green olives.
Peanut butter and thick-sliced raw onion slices on whole wheat bread.

Sssssssssssundae…
I love PB and (sweet) onion sandwiches, but I like them best on a plain bagel. I mostly eat them when the walla walla onions are in season.
Will second soy sauce on ice cream. I learned this at a Chinese buffet that had a soft serve machine and absolutely no dessert toppings.
Slice of ham, leaf of lettuce, coleslaw. Roll that sucker up like a little burrito. Nom nom nom.
Coleslaw makes anything delicious. It’s more of a condiment than a dish imho…
Agreed. I wouldn’t eat it alone tbh.
It’s best in a hotdog
or a pulled-pork sandwich…
That’s not weird at all lol
I put mustard on 50% of all my food.
Chocolate cake w mustard.
Ya, I know.
Yellow or brown mustard?
¿Porqué no los dos?
Yellow!
As a kid I made a PB, banana, mayo, and potato chip sandwich pretty often. I fucking loved it. As an adult I’d never eat that, but occasionally I crave it.
Hold the mayo, and swap the potato chips for granola, and I can chop firewood all day long on one or two of those.
I don’t know about the mayo component, but I’m on board otherwise.
Cheese with jam
We put chilli jam on our cheese & crackers, especially good combo is: cracker+cheese+slice cabanossi/salami/etc+slice of gerkin+chilli jam dollop.
Doritos and chocolate milk.
Don’t ask me why or what it reminds me of, but the nostalgia portion of my brain goes haywire with that combo (maybe a good memory that’s locked away with some bad ones? I dunno).
I actually came here to post an eerily similar one.
Chocolate milk and buttered popcorn.
Or maybe, chocolate milk is just amazing no matter what you’re eating.
Same, but flamin hot cheetos.
My childhood nostalgia food is pasta with a bit of butter, powdered sugar and cocoa…
Cottage cheese, apple sauce and pickled red cabbage. Or sub out the cabbage for pickled beets.
I have my reasons.
Cottage cheese and apple butter is a traditional Pennsylvania Dutch (I believe) combination. It works really well well together. Anyway the more intense flavor of the apple butter over sauce, probably does the same as your pickled whatever
Oh I would probably love it
Eating a banana while drinking coffee. Perfectly complimentary flavors.
Does that balance each other out in terms of intestinal flow?
The coffee certainly makes me need to poop!
I love chocolate-covered banana chips and coffee as an afternoon snack.
Unsweetened cold brew coffee, fresh orange juice, and sparkling mineral water. It sounds most foul but tastes so good, sparkling smokey orange.
What ratio? I’m curious to try this.
About 1:1:2, coffee, juice, sparkling water. I really like it a lot. Has to be fresh orange juice.
Some fast food place, I don’t remember which, used to serve orange juice mixed with hot & bitter spices. That was really good.
Oh it’s the Orange Joe.
Not mine but my dads: His favorite snack is cold hot dogs dipped in peanut butter. I was 10 before I convinced him to stop dipping in the communal jar of PB.
I don’t like it but its also not as bad as you’d think.
I might let this one slide if not for the dipping, if He dips in the jar it’s a crime.
