MOST of us want Ukraine to be a free nation from Russian influence. We’d admit to NATO and send troops. It’s our namby-pamby politicians who want to play games with Putin that keep this going.
The Trump plan included a ton more land than Crimea alone (actually pretty much exactly the areas Russia claims to be theirs) plus a freaking nuclear power plant which Ukraine should just give to the US to make profit out of.

Conversely, Russia is prolonging the war by failing to return Ukraine’s territory. Which country is the invader in contravention of law? Even if everything Russia claims were true, the claims don’t justify invasion.

Trump is prolonging the conflict by making claims on Canada and Greenland.
Trump is prolonging the conflict by not letting Iran build nukes.

are there any actual allies (donvict and this admin don’t qualify) or legitimate (nor do they here) third parties with interests in ukraine suggesting they just hand over significant portions of ukraine’s land and essentially surrender?
