I’ve made torrents thanks to the very easy built-in torrent creator in qbittorent.

How can I easily share these with the general public?

I’d like to use 1337x, but they have an approval process and they don’t seem interested in people without a proven track record.

    rutracker.org

Use a translate plugin and you should be good. It offers a wide array of categories and is well moderated. Use can start by reading their wiki. U don’t have to maintain ratio which is more friendly for beginners like you. The first torrent I uploaded was actually on rutracker.org :)

I personally don’t trust the 1337x admins so it’s not worth bothering with them any further.

it’s a gated community and iirc some mods/admins there had uploads with viruses / shady data collection and it was never addressed. Merely deleted after some time, without saying anything.

I’d say it’s better to use public trackers vs private, better access for people that way.

Mostly because it’s such a pain in the ass to get in to and be on private trackers if you’re not a serious user.

Luckily, there’s one with open registration until 1 June. For those interested, check out the open signups communities as mentioned.

Blocking i2P means blocking all encrypted communication, or spyware on all computers. So shits already hit the fan by that point.
