I disagree GMX is not in the eco-system tier; they have a calendar, drive app and online office suite. It’s not as extensive as some others but their service includes more than just email.
I was using Spark mail (https://sparkmailapp.com/) client for Outlook and iCloud before I switched my current provider, can recommend but don’t know which of the mentioned providers it works with.
