Cooper Kupp is staying in the NFC West. The Seattle Seahawks have agree to terms with the former Los Angeles Rams wideout on a three-year, $45 million contract, NFL Network Insiders Ian Rapoport, Tom Pelissero and Mike Garafolo reported on Friday.
