For the hat one, a simple repeat of “HE’S ON THE LIST” would be good
The other one’s printed text will be a bit small to read, for a sign. Maybe “DIDDLERS”
Shape wise it looks like a manila folder, so maybe add a tab labeled “Epstein Files” and rotate your handle and photo 90°?
