imageID = something looks like gallery user ID. And seems like unique to every gallery post. If so then it’s the closest way to delete any image that many have requested for so long. I think the question should be why - not how

No, that’s not the issue. People have been asking for deleting/removal of single, individual picture for a long time. It seems each image indeed having a unique parameter called imageid. I tried guessing the command and banning it without luck as gen owner.
