And everyone thought registries were only for sex offenders. If it works to punish them then why not on those who don’t want to work?

Want to screw over somebody’s employability in Ohio?

    1. Create a fake resume, & apply for jobs.
    2. Get interviews, no-show and ghost calls.
    3. #&%@~^!
    4. PROFIT!

This is a good sign, it means somebody is hurting for labor.

I don’t see how how this fixes their problem either. They are still short on people to work.

Obviously this is anti worker behavior and it can’t be tolerated

Oh then they probably shouldn’t’ve made laws that pushed the state’s queer residents out. I sincerely hope they starve for labor over that shit. I hope every republican politician in ohio is as inconvenienced as my family was by them

Lol and how exactly would one get access to this system? Just a registered business in Ohio? Anywhere in the US?

Actually, at my company, half of the job interview appointments are no-shows. Just cancel the appointment if you don’t wanna come ffs

And yet the employer who scheduled an interview with me was no call, no show, and never returned my call or email. This is time I could have been doing anything else, including another interview.
