Help me understand how a single person is able to create a website with his name on it to sell a thing that grants a legal status to someone without the real, legal process happening?

You can do anything you want until someone tells you no. Guess in this case whoever it is that’s supposed to tell him he’s breaking a law isn’t doing it?
I was on the fence before but now I’m 1000% sure that we aren’t even being ruled by a dictator anymore.
That doesn’t explain this reality.
We are being ruled by an unhinged barely functioning AI.
