I thought it was just the one, but apparently he’s up to 3 sexual assault cases including a rape case where he lost the case and the appeal (in civil court). Looks like at least 3 regular old assault cases too, along with some dangerous driving cases thrown in for kicks.

There’s zero chance thankfully. There’s an initial hurdle of getting on the ballot that he won’t pass (plus he’s roundly considered an idiot here).

To be eligible for election as President, you must be an Irish citizen who is 35 or older. You must be nominated either by:
- At least 20 members of the Oireachtas
- At least 4 local authorities
- Former or retiring Presidents can nominate themselves
Oireachtas means parliament.
