Tomorrow (2025-09-09) is the special election for Virginia’s 11th District for the U.S. House of Representatives. This seat was left vacant by the death of Representative Gerry Connolly.

I’m not sure if Fairfax or really NOVA in general is going to elect anyone with an R next to their name.
Probably not. The area went for Harris by 34 points (source) and has a long history of representation by a Democrat. But, I feel its important for people to vote and so wanted to highlight the election being held.
FFX is between 15-30% federal workers which as we know have been hit fairly hard in the last 6 months or so. I mean it could go the other way I guess but stll.
