    Can somebody explain to me how the death penalty would even be on the table, when he is trialled in New York? I thought the death penalty had been abolished there for almost two decades.

      This is about the federal trial. They sure him at State and federal level, apparently having decided that’s somehow a loophole to get around double jeopardy. Smells like bullshit to me.

        It is bullshit, but it’s well established American bullshit rather than new Trump bullshit.
