I regularly make pudding cookies with cannabutter. You can mix and match flavors of pudding with add-ins. My fave is pistachio pudding with crushed pistachios and white chocolate chips.
I made these copycat crumbl cookies once and they were so good, my mom told me I wasn’t allowed to make them again until her birthday, which is in two weeks.
My brother’s favorite are these pretzel and potato chip moon pies. I’ll probably make them again for his Thanksgiving treat.
I have an enormous folder of saved cookie recipes and I love trying new things.
Oh those crumbl cookies look really, really good. Thanks okokimup!
I have never heard of pudding cookies before and I love both pudding and cookies. Do I dare click that link and alter my waist line forever?
You can use the sugar free instant pudding if you want slightly less empty calories. The cookies come out flatter and crisper, but they’re still good. Some people prefer them that way
I love this one they’re just like Millie’s cookies. Big, soft, gooey and delicious
This is the best I’ve found and honestly I stopped looking after I made them a couple of times. The recipe is for chocolate chip cookies which are amazing, but if you substitute the chocolate chips for 50:50 white chocolate and cranberry they are even better. Try it.
That’s a really interesting recipe! Is the melting and browning the butter a bit of a faff?
Not really. It helps the flavour a lot and the step with the ice cube can be replaced by putting the base of the pan in a tray of cold water which is what I do. It does add some time and if you really care about saving yourself a bit of time the recipe is functional just melting the butter. However, I believe the added time to brown it is worth it. Just be sure to stir it continuously with a spiral or coil whisk to prevent it from burning. Browned butter is delicious, blackened butter is not.
Great tips thanks!
