i won’t be buying this, i don’t like that liner lock. i wonder if those holes may help with pocket lint or humidity

The Victorinox tweezers are… very low quality compared to other offerings. I’ve been using an ALOX Farmer X for a couple years now and I never miss the toothpick or the tweezers. YMMV of course.

My second carry is the Civivi Sendy with a far surperior toothpick and tweezers. Not only better than nothing but better than most!

I have a Victorinox multitool. Love the thing.

Also read great experiences about the lifetime warranty.

I got the Spirit X with clip recently. It’s awesome. Despite being heavier, it’s replaced my Skeletool as my EDC. The clip and the one hand main blade make it super practical, and the build quality is really nice.

I am surprised these Alox knives didn’t also make the blade one-hand open. Seems like the minimum if you’re saying it’s a properly modern design, and Victorinox already has a couple of different implementations.

I still love the classic design elements, but a traditional SAK is kinda like an Opinel, a business suit of a knife. Still does what it needs, but communicating “classy and traditional” is very much part of the idea.
