Weapon is visible at 0:06, appears to be a paintball gun. Unclear if it’s pepper balls or something else.

Still illegal use of force, but thank goodness it’s not bullets.

If some masked asshole is pointing a weapon at you while standing in front of your SUV, floor it.

This isn’t going to stop until ICE actually gets the response Puppy Killer keeps saying they’re getting.

They would have killed here if she did this.m, possibly killing her kids in the process.

I hope a lawyer gets ahold of her to sue ICE hard for harassment, assault, endangering her family, and whatever else they can.

Start taking millions in settlements, it’s better that dying during an escalation.

depending on where you are, using a paintball gun as a weapon gets it treated as a firearm

and if somebody’s shooting at you with a firearm, you goddamn well have the right to shoot back. or at least that’s what I’ve been told about the US by the people who voted for this kind of shit to happen

Eventually, someone will panic and shoot back, then they’ll put away the non-lethal and start killing people, for safety reasons. For examples see any interaction with local police.

Almost certainly pepper balls. I don’t know what else it could be. It’s something powdered at least, and that’s the only thing I know of that acts like that fired out of that weapon.

But yeah, I read the title and assumed gunpowder bullets. It sucks that we’re thankful for “only” this level of violence.

I remember being told the second amendment was necessary for Americans to defend themselves from a tyrannical government.

“That could never happen here” they said about government brutality in other countries.

Now kids have to fear mass shooters in school and fascist shooters in parking lots.

You were lied to by the gun lobby. The second amendment people are clearly on the side of ICE. Guns work as an oppressive force to prevent people from stopping ICE, not the other way around.

It came. It’s been there for months already. This won’t lead to some final epic showdown for democracy. Democracy lost the battle this time.

This fascism won’t be voted away and the millions of assholes it emboldened now know how to do it again and face no consequences.

If this is fixable it’ll take decades to fix.

Dem with absolute refusal to address the issues within, I’m not shocked at all.

Official uncommitted count was just over 700k, and she lost by 2 million. Both parties lost substantial amounts of votes compared to 2020, but Dems lost way more. Repugs lost 2 million, and Dems lost 10 million voters, comparatively.

Uncommitted was not the problem, it was one problem for Dems. A far bigger problem was not holding a primary election in good faith.

Here’s a shocker for you: when these dipshits anoint yet another corporate stooge who obviously doesn’t give a fuck about people’s material living conditions and policy desires, they lose. Apparently you should get used to it.

I could say “It’s coming”, and in MY head I’m talking about game 6 of the world series. I would know what I mean, but if I said it in a post about fascism, people would assume I’m saying fascism is coming. Which it’s not, because it’s already here.

I do when I have other things going on in my life. Like hypersensitivity, mind numbing work, multiple psychological illnesses. I also completely recognized that these are good. You do not understand nuance. I can find something good and still don’t like it. Take things like sports or veggies as examples. Both things lots of people do not like, but agree help immensely with no downside to speak of, next to the uncomfortableness. It just so happens that this tool for fighting fascism isn’t the prettiest.

What I’m asking myself is why can I not say something and be taken literal. Not be interpreted into and just be left the fuck alone. Disagree if you like to, but don’t interpret some made up bullshit into what I said because you infer my personailty from other people online. I am probably the least typical person out there. I am bisexual, I have adhd, I am gifted, I am hypersensitive, I was bullied into suicide attempts from the day I went to kindergarden to my last day in school, I have multiple physical anomalies like hyperelastic fascia or low bodyweight at weird levels of strength, which is partly of my ridiculously high metabolism, causing me to eat 2-3 times normal calories or else I’ll just slowly die. I could go on, but I’m sure you’re uninterested, because you think I think I’m special. bit the truth is, only people like that understand that there is no way you’re ever accepted by anyone. No matter how hard you try, people will always misunderstand you. Even if you meet someone that’s such freak show like you, you will never understand each other, because you are just too different. So fuck you, fuck your thoughts about me go on with your life. I have but one person similar to me in my life. I have but one person that understands me. And I am ridiculously lucky to have one.

No I am not a “republican”, which doesn’t even make sense, because I’m german, no I’m not a “lib”, no I am not a “holy centrist”, no I am not whatever you think of me. Unless, that is, a socialist, leftist, anarchist… And yes you can partially support them at the same time, such as anarchism on virtual spaces and socialism in everyday life. Don’t tell I don’t because I fucking do.

I hate this world sometimes. Because of it’s inadequacy to accept me. Which is insane, because I’m supposed to be in one of the most special accepting communities in existence.

I have no friends. And no, it’s not bevause of the way I talk, you’re a stranger. I don’t talk like this in real life.

I specifically said they’re important. I did not find them faulty, which is what criticism is about. To some extend, an annoying whistle can even be beneficial. Being heard better, or serving as a source of confusion for adversaries.

Doesn’t change the fact it’s a high pitched rattling noise that makes my head ache.

You lot are waaaay too sensitive.
And you need to make sure that what you say something is, is actually that by definition.

                That’s criticism
