The Finals is a massively underappreciated game and I will die on that hill. The game feels good, the sandbox is interesting, the modes are fun, and it has shit tons of style. But it’s a new IP in a world ruled by CoD, so here we are.
The finals looked interesting, but on launch EAC wasn’t allowing Linux to play and by the time they fixed my friend group had moved on because of that.
Still sad they turned it into an extraction shooter. The original looked more interesting
Yeah, I wish it had been more like Division with a story driven coop campaign with an optional pvp mode in certain zones.
you know what the world needs? more extraction shooters

As a not-free-to-play game, those numbers are stickier than what you expect from all the massive Free online game launches
Still, it is a PvEvP Extraction Shooter. That genre is known to have poor player retention.
Really not that interesting compared to The Finals… that felt unique and action packed…
This feels empty and half finished.
