I think that is it. The Rideau Canal locks in Ottawa.

Agreed. I’ve never seen foxes like that downtown. But a friend of mine says they’ve seen foxes down by the Global Affairs building, so it’s very likely.
But where is the Fox on the locks in a box with an ox dressed like a wizard with chicken pox and the fox is in his socks.
