      I don’t see anything wrong with LitRPG as fantasy.

      That would be like saying anything with anachronisms has to be excluded, like A Connecticut Yankee In King Arthur’s Court.

      Or gunpowder in the LoTR movies

      What did you like about He Who Fights With Monsters?

    I just finished a reread of the first Mistborn trilogy which is always really good. I was going to move on to rereading Mistborn Era 2, but decided to take a detour and read something new. I’m currently reading the Eisenhorn series (Warhammer 40K) and have finished the first novel and have started the second, so far they are excellent, and I’m really getting into the universe. I think after this I’m going to have to read the Horus Heresy books (at least some of them, there are a lot lol). It’s like Constantine meets Doom.

    I never thought I’d like LitRPG, but Dungeon Crawler Carl’s got me hooked. Specifically, the solo narrator of the audiobook does a fantastic job of bringing it all to life.
