I love aged cheddar. It’s not the fanciest, but I like Trader Joe’s Unexpected Cheddar. And I wish I’d noted the brand of that manchego years ago. And the double cream brie. Mmm, I could go for some cheese.
Balderson’s in Canada is my pick! The 5 year aged is perfect, although anything over 2 years is good too. Unexpected Cheddar huh? Tempted to import. I know not fancy but doesn’t matter I want to try haha.
