All we know for certain is that they are lying to us as that is all they do.
The wildest thing about making a claim is that no one believes it, and no one is expecting anyone to believe it. They might as well just issue a statement that they’re going to lie about it.
They can just admit he’s getting medical attention or whatever. I’m not a doctor, but an 80 year old obese person in a high stress job getting medical attention isn’t exactly shocking.
It’s more concerning if his skin is sloughing off from shaking hands.

It should be a high stress job, but the way Trump does it its anything but stressful.
