why? aren’t the majority of them puppets, so whatever he wants they just go 5-4 and hey presto?
About 1/4 of the time they throw out a rational constitutional judgement. Just enough so there aren’t riots.
But then if there are riots, he can deploy the national guard.
The big secret (not a secret) is that the national guard isn’t going to follow illegal orders en masse. Trump has been shipping in guard members from other states in fear of this.
There are dangerous precedents they don’t want to set in the extremely rare case Democrats actually do something in office.
Yeah. That will stop the man that has regard for courts and laws.
