The states have to get their revenue from somewhere. For NH, it’s corporate taxes and property taxes. It’s a problem, and they’re looking to raise government fees in 2026 to generate more revenue.
No, the roads are great. My neighborhood was just repaved this summer! 🙂
Wow, what a terrible idea, so. It means no safety net for people, not even for those lucky strikes that send you 1 week ICU.
Also it means that the goverment can not act like the last resource insurance or just distribute the risk to all the population for risk wide county, effectively reducing the quota at the same time that nobody is left behind.
Also not future planning or things with long return investment…

Weed is legal for medical use, and a bill for recreational use passed the house this year, but it died in the Senate.
Also, there is legislation to cap property taxes at the rate of inflation.
