    In the original Hans Christian Anderson tale this guy is such a bag of dicks though, he’s already married and basically takes on the mermaid as a concubine even though being on land is literally physically traumatizing for her.

        I was thinking “burning”

        “An on fire ship” feels distinctly like a child saying “timesing the numbers” instead of “multiplying the numbers”

          For many people in the world (and Lemmy), English is their third, or even fifth, language. An on fire ship makes as much sense as an airship, motorcycle, or sidecar.
