I just hope that the many movies and tv shows made in about 10-20 years about this time period will be well written and well produced. This is really unprecedented times we’re living in, and history will not look kindly on these perps

Sure, but the world is interconnected enough now that there will always be information preserved by the losers. Also the international community (both friend and foe) will have written histories on the US as well.
