I wonder how you, fellow c:geo users, handle list sharing with eg. your cache buddy?

Let’s say I plan a trip to a location, I search for caches in that area, pick the ones I want to go after and store them for offline use in a list.
Now my buddy wants to join me and I want to share the list with him.
Do you have any tips for me?

Does gpx export works well for this?
I use the app for many years, though I’m not a hardcore user nor geocacher and I never needed (or thought of) sharing a list of caches with a buddy or party…
