• 1.25 oz rhum
  • 1 oz herbal liquor
  • 0.5 oz passion fruit syrup
  • 1 oz lime juice

Shake everything with ice. Serve with 2 maraschino cherries.

Passion fruit syrup is handmade: 1/3 each frozen fruit pulp, water, and sugar.

Overall really tasty, passion fruit and herbal liquor work well together. Havana club was maybe a bit too neutral of a rum there, I want to try with another rum.
