I mean, you chose to pronounce “ch” as a “k”, not us…
It took me like a full minute to remember English-speakers can’t say the phonetic [x] or [χ] sounds.
It’s not our fault the english language can’t deal with ch-sounds. And it’s you who chose to pronounce it as k and not (t)sh or something.
They so desperate, they literally such dich for hiring.
