The best option for a defensive firearms is a 5.56x45mm AR-15, 12gauge Remington 870 shotgun, and a reputable 9x19mm handgun.

Defensive firearms should have a WML, long guns a sling, and handguns require a Kydex or solid plastic holster that fully covers the trigger.

Linking to products, retailers, promotional advertisements, organizations, etc. will not be allowed if you are in anyway affiliated.
