    Were things like this in the series or is this just various templates and dad jokes for fun?

    No judgement, or anything I was just mildly considering dipping into some trek and it’s overwhelming with the potential entry points

      There’s occasional goofy humor, but the “dad jokes” like this are just made up for the meme template.

      (also for what it’s worth, I always recommend starting where it all began: with the original!)

    That’s reverse gravity or something. With anti-gravity, things would just stay wherever you put them.
