I’m very satisfied how easy it has been to not consume any of that transphobes garbage.

I read the books, even looked forward to the last two releases, and taken just a bit of pride every time I see the new stuff pitched at me, because I’m their market and I’m not buying anything that supports hate for those I love.

    I thought I replied but I don’t see it… Hope this isn’t a double.

A Deadly Education by Naomi Novik is a fantastic series that very much scratches this itch. In my opinion it’s a better series in every way, but I like hard magic systems and think soft magic systems must be earned and I don’t think Homophobic Potter earns it.

Yep, the only ethical thing is to ignore, unsubscribe, and tell HBO why! Make it unprofitable for them, cause hosts of media to not platform the works associated with transphobes. Make those bigots sweat! A further step, if you read and reviewed the books in the past. Change your review, call out JK Rowlings and tell her the seething bigotry she nurses is nasty. Tell her to move the fuck on from it and stop punching down at trans women and men!

Some stories are worth retelling. The Odyssey and The Seven Samurai come to mind.

This one is not that good.
