Does Loops still lack in-app video editing? Last I checked it did, which meant every video needed to be single-take, and I can’t imagine that is helpful.

Besides that, the truth is probably the classic social media problem: not a lot of users on Loops, so not a lot of motivation for creators to go there. Reposts are cheap and fast, so less of an issue with that.
