Iran will likely control the waterway. The question is whether diplomats find a way of making that workable.

    Why shouldn’t they? The danes used to get a majority of their revenue, the king that is, from tolls for ships passing their straits inbetween their islands. For centuries, including during the 30 years war around the early 1600’s.
