I don’t think it’s so much that he’s gotten so obviously insane that more people are noticing it, but that he’s gotten so obviously insane that fewer people can keep pretending he’s not.

If you watch older videos of him from the 80s he actually looks fairly sane. He’s been experiencing Trump Derangement Syndrome for decades though.
