That was the strongest punch in history of the universe. Also Viltrum explosion was greatly improved in the show, that’s where budget went to, instead of for example generic heroes assembly scene.
I loved Thragg’s reaction. The classic “villain I am so strong you can’t defeat me” stance, and then realizing Nolan et al are about to take from him the only thing he cares about.
I thought Oliver was dead. I knew Thadeus was going down but not like that. I thought Nolan was going to have his head ripped off after that guts punch. Seeing them all alive started to take away the tension… Until Mark realized where they’re going.
But also… If they’re too few already, are they about to try and create a bunch of babies on Earth? Earth is New Viltrum?
(Also Eve? Also everybody trapped in the other dimension? Also Egyptian god character?)
That was my first guess as well. They’ve seen what Mark can do first hand now, and he killed Conquest. If there’s any planet absolutely suited to them repopulating with, it’s Earth
