<5% possibility for starting a war with Biden is still a possibility. Even if it is small. She is kinda right from this point of view.
There exist a possibility for everything. The problem is that numerical value of each possibility differs a lot with different connected variables. Ones are closer to 0% and others are closer to 100%. Guess which one is which for Biden and Trump.
Venezuela, perhaps. Iran? Absolutely not, in the same circumstances. Trade wars? Unlikely.
That may be, but the “greatest adversary” wasn’t causing any trouble, and her administration probably wouldn’t have fired all the experienced diplomats and military staff who would advise strongly it’s a bad idea.
