    If are working at a company that treats you like garbage, maybe don’t work there anymore? We create our own problems because it’s easier to be miserable than to deal with the problem.

      Fearful people cannot process your message. Without community fallback the risk is existential. We create community to give us individual power to refuse and not starve. Call in. Ask folks to join you as you set and live the example. Make sure that choice doesn’t end up making one homeless or hungry. Folks will just make that choice naturally.
