OH jesus yes. My kid started running track. I went from nice quiet weekends to loading the track full of shit, driving an hour, setting up a full-ass campsite in the middle of 3000 people, 100 of them my teams family. I love all those people but my god am i working out that introvert battery. Physical stress, Mental stress, Family Stress.
