The Supreme Court ruled against two transgender athletes who sued their states to be allowed to participate in sports alongside other girls and women.

The court ruled Tuesday that Idaho and West Virginia did not discriminate against runner Lindsay Hecox or high school shot-putter Becky Pepper-Jackson in barring them from playing on teams that align with their gender identity.

    While the main decision was 6-3, the liberals voted unanimously with the conservatives to rule trans people shouldn’t have equal Title IX rights. It’s hard to trust anyone. 🙁
