Can massive non-profit health systems PLEASE just stop selling out their local doctors for private equity? I promise there are better ways to save money that don’t involve tanking morale morale and worsening patient care through staffing and pay cuts.

Sound Physicians is going to make conditions worse for this underserved community. Don’t take these locums jobs. Keep medicine local.

    This is your first mistake, its not about saving money, its about making a ton of money for the initial investors. They don’t care what happens afterwards. And there is no better way to make a ton of money than selling out.
