Have you heard Emily’s side project album Knives Don’t Have Your Back? It’s up there if not slightly above Metric for me personally. There isn’t a lot standing between her unique voice and a piano and it really works.
I haven’t heard of it, no. I’ll have to check it out. I love her voice and piano together on the song “Rock Me Now” so I’ll probably enjoy this. Thanks!
Good stuff. I saw them a few years ago. I had only heard a song or two of theirs beforehand, but they put on a good show.
